The shows auditioning are:

BEYOND THERAPY by Christopher Durang (Week 8 Mainterm)

“-You should be in therapy.
-I am in therapy.
-It hasn’t worked.”

A masterpiece of modern comic writing, “Beyond Therapy” is by Tony award winning playwright Christopher Durang. In this absurd, ludicrous comedy about relationships, uptight and lonely Prudence meets bisexual Bruce through a personal ad and, when their date goes terribly and they return to their respective therapists, the play descends into farcical madness!

4 male, 2 female

DEATH/GOD by Woody Allen (Week 9 Lunchtime)

What is life?

Death: Kleinman. Seemingly the only logical man left in the city. Lost and confused, he is forced to decide between conflicting groups and theories when a maniacal killer is on the loose whilst his own innocence is being questioned. Death is a play about life.

God: Set before the opening of an unfinished Greek play; this play within a play will switch back and forth between ancient Athens and modern Broadway. The play, though unfinished, features guest performances from various random theatrical personalities adding to the chaotic atmosphere of the play. Scattered with metaphysical and philosophical questions, the play scampers along comically until the writer and actor come to the conclusion that there is no conclusion.

18 male (doubling if necessary), 8 female
