The old Heriot Watt theatre, not a new one

Currently, the site appears to be shared between ‘China Red’ buffet restaurant and rehearsal space for the Lyceum, however for a brief moment was used by the Heriot Watt Union. Was also a drill hall at some point.
We know basically nothing about this venue. Please help us find more.
