Shadows of the Æsir tells the story of the old Nordic gods, as preserved in the 1000 year old Icelandic sagas. From when the nine worlds were first created through until Ragnarok, the story of the Norse gods will be brought to life by fifty unique shadow puppets de-signed and constructed for this performance.
Script adapted from ‘The Poetic Edda’ translated by Henry A. Bellows (1936)
